A. No. Just as we are all uniquely different individuals, our homes’ cleaning needs are also unique. Although we work off of a standard cleaning list, there are many factors we consider in cleaning your home, such as delicate items or areas that require special attention; specific allergy needs to be met in cleaning; and amount of pet hair, clutter, etc. are some of the factors that need to be taken into account when cleaning your home. Our cleaning experts are well trained with these specific needs in mind, and take the utmost care in preserving your valuables. Without first seeing your home and evaluating your specific needs, we couldn’t fairly quote you a price.

A. Yes. We bring everything we need to make your home sparklingly clean and beautiful, using all natural, environmentally friendly products. You don't have to provide a thing.
A. Yes. Our cleaning experts are extensively trained in using various products designed specifically to clean and protect hard wood floors, marble floors and granite countertops. Rest assured that the beauty of your home will be well preserved!
A. Yes. We use top of the line Orec k vacuum cleaners with hypoallergenic filtration that removes 99.9% of all allergens down to 0.3 microns and environmentally friendly professional Ecologic products. We take care to avoid using products that would agitate more specific allergies and focus on what works best for our clients.
A. Unless you specify otherwise, we obtain a key from all of our clients which is filed under a numbered system and stored in a locked key cabinet when not in use. For your safety, keys are not labeled with home addresses. If you only require a one-time cleaning or are uncomfortable with this system, other arrangements could be made.
A. For efficiency and excellence in cleaning, we generally send 2 cleaning experts–a team leader and a team member–to clean your home. If your emergency cleaning needs require it, there may be more cleaning experts to complete the job more quickly and efficiently.
A. Usually. For your comfort and peace of mind, we make every effort to ensure you receive the same team each time your home is cleaned. On rare occasions, when this isn’t possible, we call you to give you the option to allow a different team into your home or to reschedule your cleaning so that you may have your regular team. All of our cleaning experts are extensively well trained, however, and we guarantee that you will receive an exceptional cleaning, regardless of which cleaning experts clean your home.
A. We’re here for your convenience and work around your schedule. Upon our initial consultation, we’ll set up with you the day and time of when we’ll clean your home. Our goal is to arrive at your home at the exact scheduled time; however, extenuating circumstances such as heavy traffic or more or less time needed to clean a previous home may cause us to be slightly earlier or later than that scheduled time.
A. Yes. A large number of our clients have pets and, as pet lovers ourselves, we understand how much your pets mean to you. We take extra measures to assure your pets do not escape while we are in your home and only ask that your pets pose no risk of attack to our cleaning experts.
A. Payment is due immediately upon completion of cleaning. We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Electronic banking payments are also accepted for payments made in advance.
A. We work for you and want to know immediately if we don’t meet your expectations. Just call our office and we’ll take every measure necessary to correct the problem and assure you are happy with the service you receive and comfortable with the staff we send to clean your home. We guarantee that if you don’t like the job our cleaning experts have performed, we’ll return and clean your home for free.
A. No. All of our cleaning experts are covered under our worker’s compensation insurance. What’s more, if one of our cleaning experts breaks something in your home, our liability insurance will pay to replace it. We take the utmost care to avoid accidents in your home, but we are human, and occasionally accidents happen.
